Implement, monitor, and maintain the dealer hosting enviorment for John Deere dealers. This role includes working with and creating workflows, customer applicaitons, powershell scripts to automate and manage an enterprise scale enviorment. Also providing Tier 3 support for the JDIS Help Desk.
Helped Sedona Technologies customers research, test, and implement new technologies into their enviorments as an MSP. This role used heavy custom build C# and Powershell applications to overcome complex tasks/obsticals. Also provided support as a Tier 4 resource for the Help Desk.
Provided Tier 2 level of support for John Deere dealers. This would include troubleshooting enpoints, networks, and servers that were outside the scope of previously documented knowlege base articals. This would also include project managment while performaing server builds for the customers onsite business system. Some of the other responsibilites are: Training tier 1 support, KB creation and maintinance, scripting and automation.
Provided Tier 1 level of support for John Deere dealers. Later I would transition into a team lead role for this position. This would include troulbeshooting enpoints, networks, and servers via knowlege base articals, as well as team related administrative duties.
Built and deployed assets for the John Deere Enterprise. This would also include basic desk side troubleshooting when needed.
